Quadrum Global, a UK based developer, landed a $126M construction loan from Madison Realty Capital. The Greenpoint development will include two luxury condo towers on the waterfront.
Eagle+West, a two-tower residential development in Greenpoint, Brooklyn was developed by Brookfield Property Partners and Park Tower Group. An affordable housing lottery has been launched for the development with 224 units set aside for affordable housing renters.
The developers BNS Real Estate and Wonder Works Construction have completed 30 Kent Street, a new waterfront mixed-use development in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The 11-story building includes 80 residential units and two retail spaces.
