Northspyre systems are SOC 2 Type II certified, and verified by an authorized third party to be secured against unauthorized access. Our access controls prevent theft or unauthorized removal of data, potential system abuse, improper alteration or disclosure of information, and misuse of the software.
Northspyre takes full advantage of IT security tools such as network and web application firewalls (WAFs), two-factor authentication and intrusion detection to prevent security breaches.

Data Protection
All data in Northspyre is confidential and protected while in transit and at rest.
Data access and disclosure in Northspyre are restricted to a specified set of persons or organizations and are encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption. Additionally, all documents are replicated and backed up across multiple secure data centers, and database snapshots are taken periodically and stored for redundancy.

The Northspyre platform’s collection, use, retention, disclosure, and disposal of personal information has been tested and confirmed to strictly follow Northspyre’s privacy notice as well as criteria set by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and generally accepted privacy principles (GAPP).
