Texas Real Estate Developers Work on Exciting New Projects in Dallas
While the summer winds down, the Dallas real estate market is just heating up. Several developers are taking advantage of the fact that a growing number of people want to reside in the city. Mixed-use projects and redevelopments are at the forefront of the charge.
Development Updates in Dallas
Thompson Realty Capital and Trez Capital have plans for a massive mixed use project in Flower Mound. The project's first phase includes a four-story, 200 unit, garden-urban mix, multi-family community, 15,000 square feet of retail property, and much more.
Centurion American has started conversation around plans for a nine story mixed-use project on downtown’s east side. The development would fill a vacant lot on the corner of Commerce and Harwood street. Interestingly, the builders must get approval first as the site is in a very historic district.
Woods Capital and Mintwood Real Estate are looking to convert vacant floors of the iconic Santander Tower into luxury apartments. The goal of this project is to convert the 1.4M SF office tower into a mixed-use residential building that would include 229 multifamily units.
M2G Ventures has plans to take on a large-scale redevelopment in the Design District. The project will consist of major updates to the six building industrial park, which will soon be a 112,741 square-foot modern urban industrial destination.
