Rise of Remote Work Creates Field Day for Miami Real Estate Developers
The Sunshine State of Florida has always been a popular destination, but last year it saw a higher increase in number of residents than almost every other state. This surge has contributed to the demand for real estate across southern Florida, especially in popular spots like Miami. The new age of remote work has ushered in not only the opportunity to relocate to such popular destinations, but has also created a time in which vacationing and work are no longer mutually exclusive. Many Miami real estate developments have begun to leverage this trend by shaping residencies to cater to the work-from-anywhere lifestyle.

Fortune International Group, in partnership with Blue Road, is planning the development of Nexo Residences in north Miami Beach. The condominiums will feature resort-style amenities that are focused towards remote workers, including a two-story tech hub, cafe, coworking spaces, and a business center.
