St. Louis Real Estate Development Flourishes Despite Rising Costs

Development Updates in St Louis
Local developer, Mia Rose Holdings has partnered up with Midas Capital on an apartment complex located near Lake St. Louis. The apartment complex will hold 144 one and two bedroom apartments that will average 825-1,135 square feet. The apartments are expected to open by late 2023.
A $1.2 billion plan to develop 80 acres of the St. Louis riverfront has cleared its first hurdle this past week. Good Development Group, based out of St. Louis and New York, proposed to develop the land south of the Gateway Arch. Good Development Group currently controls 50 of the 80 acres and is in the works of obtaining the other 30 acres.
Mia Rose Holding is partnering with Chesterfield Sports Association to develop a new indoor facility. This facility will be 97,000 square feet and include multiple multipurpose rooms and sports courts.
