Cleveland Real Estate Developers Are Hard at Work on These Projects
New developments and rehabilitation projects are popping up all over Cleveland and its surrounding suburbs.
National real estate developer CASTO Communities is partnering with local real estate firm, North Pointe, on the $90M mixed-used development in Lakewood, Cleveland.
The Indianapolis developer Flaherty & Collins has received final design approval for the $50M Cedar-Lee Meadowbrook project. The development plans include over 200 apartment units, retail space, and open gathering spaces for residents.
The Millennia Companies have plans to rehabilitate The Centennial, a historic building originally built in 1924. The developer proposed new uses for the space including retail and office space, a boutique hotel, a museum, a restaurant, and workforce housing. The Millennia Companies recently confirmed that they have received a $40 million Transformational Mixed-Use Development tax credit award from the Ohio Tax Credit Authority and the Ohio Department of Development for the rehabilitation project.
