    River Mill Project Brings 900 Multifamily Units to New Braunfels

    San Antonio-based developer, Casey Development, has announced plans to move forward with a large mixed-use project in New Braunfels. Named “River Mill,” the project is poised to reshape and complement the area by adding 900 apartments as well as hotel, office, and retail space. Casey Development expects construction to take approximately two and a half years, but once completed, it will add to the firm’s impressive portfolio across South Texas.

    Allen Harrison Announces Multifamily Addition to Solms Landing 

    Houston firm, Allen Harrison Company, has announced plans to add multifamily space to its $500 million residential development in New Braunfels, Solms Landing. Plans for the new complex include constructing 340 units across nine buildings, featuring amenities such as a fitness center, pool, and dog park. The development will serve as a tremendous addition to the New Braunfels community, bringing new single-family homes, office space, restaurants, hotels, and multiple parks to the area.

    Dallas’ Carbon Companies Join the San Antonio Housing Surge

    The Carbon Companies, a Dallas-based multifamily development company, has announced plans to add 2 apartment buildings to the Fredericksburg suburb of San Antonio. Carbon Companies CEO, Ed Garahan, cites the area’s demand for additional housing and a high potential for growth as motivations for the project. Construction is underway on 234 multifamily units, with 50 senior units under development by the firm’s sister company, Carbon Shepherd LLC. In total, the project will bring 300 new units to the suburb.
