Plans for two large multifamily projects in south Miami-Dade County were approved on January 10th. The plans include the construction of 4 residential buildings featuring both market rate and workforce housing options. Once constructed, residents will also have access to parking, a pool, and a local dog park.
A new Topgolf range is coming to the north side of the Isle Casino Pompano as part of a major redevelopment and rebranding of the area. The Topgolf will have space for over 1,500 patrons and accompany several new developments, including a Publix-anchored retail center, hotel space, entertainment venues, restaurants, and more.
Boutique Residential Building Proposal
A new boutique residential building has been proposed in Miami Beach. The proposal will be considered on February 14th by Miami Beach’s historic preservation board. The estimated $15 million project will include parking, a gym, and shared office space.
