Atlanta Real Estate Market: Developers Drive Industrial Development

The Atlanta market is setting itself up for a strong year in 2022. Despite uncertainty around inflation and the pandemic, office, mixed-use and industrial projects have been a cornerstone of development in the region. Atlanta remains the most active industrial development area in the Southeast, with 16.4 million square feet added in 2017 and an additional 19 million square feet under development.
