North Temple Corridor Apartment Project: The Chicago
Texas real estate developer Holt Capital Partners is partnering with Go West Investments on The Chicago, a market-rate apartment building in the North Temple Corridor. The 6-story building will feature 137 units, including 69 studios, 44 one-bedroom apartments, 24 two-bedroom apartments, a parking garage, and co-working space.
Mixed-Use Urban Neighborhood Planned for Downtown
Developers BCG Holdings, Lowe Property Group, and Catalyst are teaming up to construct Silo Park, a mixed-use urban neighborhood. The project will include a mix of housing and retail space, including 318 residential units and 7,000 square feet of retail space. Silo Park will be the latest addition to an ongoing project by BCG and Lowe Property Group called the Post District. Silo Park will be developed in an area separated from the city by several roads, creating an opportunity for the firms to create a unique community.
Red Lion Hotel Redevelopment Project
Denver-based developer McWhinney Real Estate is planning a major, upcoming redevelopment project that includes the development of a modern 35-story residential tower, a remodel and reopening of the 9-story Red Lion Hotel, a new office building structure designated for life sciences, and two private streets.
