What's New In Cleveland:

Cleveland's MidTown neighborhood is experiencing an increase in real estate investment aimed at bringing new business opportunities, housing options, and energy to the area. Residential developments are cropping up at a rapid pace - including several office-to-residential apartment conversion projects driven by the remote work trend. Retail and industrial projects also continue to break ground this year. The investment in Cleveland's MidTown promises to breathe new life into the local economy and provide exciting opportunities for residents of the greater Cleveland area.

Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters

Sherwin-Williams is developing its global headquarters in downtown Cleveland's northwest quadrant of Public Square. Once completed, the tower will be approximately 1 million sq. ft., rising 36 stories high and accommodating 3,000+ employees. A groundbreaking ceremony was held on December 15, 2021, but the project faced continual delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The headquarters will cost an estimated $600 million, including the cost of an R&D center, and is expected to be completed in late 2024.
