    Seattle developments are on the rise with many exciting projects being planned or just breaking ground. These projects represent just some of the amazing projects that are being worked on in the Seattle area.

    OneLin Capital has presented designs for a stunning new development in U-District that has been designed by architecture firm, Hewitt. This multifamily project will be 27 stories with a total of 365 units. An exciting design feature that they refer to as “carved social greenways,” is open-air spaces that slash across the middle of the building. These common spaces are located on levels 7-9 on the east side of the building and levels 16-18 on the west.

    The site of a former Bellevue mall is being developed into a 463,000 square foot mixed-use destination with residential space, retail space, and 15,000 square feet of dedicated green space. This development by ROIC and Gracorp will have 224 residential units and will have sustainable features such as rain gardens, bioswales, a green roof, and solar panels.

    Hudson Pacific, a LA-based REIT has purchased Washington 1000 for $85.6 million. This site is fully entitled for a 546,000 square foot office development. Hudson Pacific will break ground immediately on this project, which is expected to total over $340 million.

    Security Properties has broken ground on a mixed-use tower they are calling the Confidential. This project will have 212 residential units, as well as over 16,000 square feet of office space and over 8,000 square feet of retail space. There will be several outdoor terraces and most units will have balconies and dedicated work-from-home spaces. They are expecting the project to be complete in the Summer of 2024.
