Mixed Use Building: Magnificent Projects Coming to Midtown, Nashville

Nashville's Midtown is set to transform with several massive mixed-use developments either nearing approval or about to break ground. These projects will change the skyline and bring new life to the city's center, giving more people access to everything Nashville has to offer.

What's New?

South Gulch has several mixed-use developments in progress, joined by a new building that Millcreek Residential has proposed. This unique 28 story development will include 400 units, retail space, as well as features such as a rooftop pool and a dog park.

SomeraRoad just broke ground on their Prima development. This project will have 278 residential units as well as 18k square feet of office space and 8k square feet of retail space. This project will help fulfill the vision of transforming Paseo South Gulch into a "premier live-work-play destination."

Work has started on the next phase of Endeavor Real Estate's Gulch Union development. This is the second of three phases for the residential building consisting of 28 stories and 306 units. The first phase was a 330,000 square foot office building.

Exciting Projects Transforming Nashville

A master plan for Nashville Yards was recently submitted for a 15-acre mixed-use district. The Nashville Yards will be a home for Amazon, and this plan will continue to transform the area.

GBT Realty closed on a construction loan for a residential project adjacent to their Southcrest Center project, which is already underway. Construction is set to begin immediately on the 108 unit multifamily complex.
