    Planned 838-Home Community in Waller County

    Houston-based developer Gamal Enterprises recently purchased 282 acres of land between Brookshire and Waller to construct an 838-home residential community. The project will add to Gamal’s extensive residential portfolio as the firm’s third master-planned development in Waller County. Alongside hundreds of new homes, it will include the construction of accompanying commercial space and various amenities, such as walking trails and a recreation center.

    Oakwood Estates Project Announced by Ashton Gray

    Sugar Land-based developer, Ashton Gray Development, has announced plans to add a 171-acre residential development to Waller County. The community, named Oakwood Estates, will feature 176 lots, many of which are nearly completed, and amenities such as a recreation center, pool, park, and convenient walking access to Waller High School. Once completed, it is expected to become a desirable location for families to call home, thanks to its proximity to schools and major highways.

    Lappin Properties to Add Luxury Homes to Round Top

    Houston-based real estate firm, Lappin Properties, has recently broken ground on a luxury master-planned community in Round Top. Lappin is partnering with Central Land Development to build 16 homes starting at roughly $3 million and hopes to meet the growing demand for upscale rural homes with the project.
